Hi, I’m Isi.
A Manchester-based freelance marketer helping small businesses, founders and personal brands grow, without the agency layers.
My story
I started out at a boutique agency working with B2B and B2C brands, where you turn your hand to everything. From there I moved in-house to the University of Salford, running big international campaigns, before joining a construction SME and seeing marketing from the small business side.
The problem I noticed
I’ve been on both sides, in an agency and as a brand working with an agency, and I kept seeing the same problems: brands passed between account managers and juniors, with the person who knew the brand best rarely the one doing the work.
So I built GlowInc Marketing around one simple idea: you work with me, and I get to know your brand inside out.
